Our Mission & Vision

We welcome you to Hope Center!

Our mission is to evangelize and equip people with the gospel of Jesus Christ in Spirit and Truth for the Glory of God.

Our vision is a community of those who love God, who love others, and who magnify the name of Jesus.  We desire to minister the Word of God, to make disciples of all who receive the Holy Ghost, to edify all, and to do all that we can to see this gospel reach around the world.

Hope Center – the place to Believe! Become! Belong!  Building a community that has a place for you!

Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip God’s people to live and serve Him until He comes for His church.

Pastor Ricky Andreas, Senior Pastor

While attending Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA, Pastor Andreas answered the call of God and began his ministry at the age of 20. After completing his education with a Bachelor’s degree in business, he has served in the capacity of an evangelist, foreign missionary helper, home missionary, and pastor. His ministry has brought him across the United States as well as foreign lands and seeing many souls give their life to Jesus Christ.

During Rev. Andreas’s ministry with the United Pentecostal Church, he has continued his education by obtaining licenses in the financial industry and credits toward a Master’s degree as well as serving on District Committees such as the District Youth committee and the District Sunday School committee. He has spoken at Youth camps and District Conferences. He also served on numerous other committees advancing missions and leadership services to the ministry. He has also co-authored several study books teaching various principles in living for God. In 2015, Rev. Andreas came to Walker, LA to plant a new church for the glory of God.

His ministry has impacted many saints, pastors, and leaders throughout the Apostolic movement.
